A business support agency wanted to better understand the current business climate in their community, how it is changing, how they can help business succeed, and identify business needs that were not being met.
Our Approach:
Qualitative research with business owners of varying size and industries.
The Result:
The agency was able to identify important areas where local businesses were struggling, including employee motivation and retention. They also identified numerous unmet needs for new businesses, including a mentor program to help new business owners get answers to industry-specific questions.
