The big, bad, boss…….
Just kidding! Our President and CEO, Colleen, has a warming smile and the ability to talk to anyone. But don’t let her petite stature fool you. She has facilitated and presented at numerous training and industry-related seminars and conferences; she’s no wallflower! Colleen was among the first people in the U.S. to receive the Professional Researchers Certification from the Insights Association where she is a member and served as President in 2007-08. Colleen has been with Moore Research Services, Inc. since she joined her mother in 1987. She has managed hundreds of research projects in all aspects of the firm, from interviewing to client management, while her current responsibilities include overseeing all aspects of the company’s day-to-day operations. She really doesn’t miss a beat, probably because of that iPhone of hers (we think it’s actually glued to her hand!). She was honored to receive the 2011 ATHENA Leadership Award, the 2010 Small Business Administration Western Pennsylvania Women Owned Business of the Year Award, and in 2009 she received the Insight Association's Distinguished Service Award. Shuffle to 2014, Colleen was one of the Women Making History for the Mercy Center for Women, and then was celebrated at an Insights Association Conference with the honorary Lifetime Achievement Award, a prestigious award given to someone who has excelled in the market research industry. Talk about a rock star?! But don’t call her that in person, or she may just belt out a line from her favorite Céline Dion song.
Mr. Mezler has been with the Moore Research Services, Inc. team since 1993. A graduate of Gannon University, with a Bachelors of Arts in Secondary Social Studies Education, Frank taught at Cathedral Preparatory School in Erie, PA from 1992-2014. Frank retired from teaching in 2014 so that he could dedicate his energy full time to Moore Research’s strategic initiatives including technology and capacity planning. In addition to the duties he has always had as the “computer guru” at Moore Research, his responsibilities now include accounting, strategic forecasting, database management/integration, and financial planning. Frank loves to read on just about any subject, golf wherever and whenever he can, and play craps up and down the Las Vegas strip.
Lindsay has “officially” been with the Moore Research Services, Inc. team since 2008, but she’s been hanging around the office since she was little. A graduate from John Carroll University, with a Bachelors of Science in Business Administration and Marketing, Lindsay joins her Aunt Colleen as a third generation researcher and is proud to be able to help shape and evolve a company that her grandmother started. Starting off as an interviewer while in high school, her responsibilities now include developing reliable and innovative research methodologies and tools, as well as translating research findings into strategic insights. Lindsay has travelled throughout the US to conduct various research studies and take part in research trainings. In 2012, she received her certificate in Moderator Training from RIVA Market Research & Training Institute, and has conducted focus groups on a wide variety of topics. As a board member for the Insights Association (IA) Great Lakes Chapter (GLC) along with the GLC’s Diversity & Education Committee, Lindsay keeps up to date with the latest research trends. With an insatiable yearning to see new places and learn from new people, the ever-changing research world is one that excites her. Lindsay enjoys being a dog-mom with her wife, Ellen, and enjoys cooking up vegetarian food, listening to live music, and snapping pictures of new sights.
Ms. Filipowski has been with the company since 2013. Her current responsibilities include overseeing staff, day-to-day company operations, initiating and implementing research projects, and making sure we all don't miss a beat! Cathy brings a fresh voice, a great laugh, and a smiling face to Moore Research (don't get her face confused, Cathy is a twin!). In her spare time, Cathy enjoys spending time with her husband and two kids, reading, walking and going to the beach.
Ms. Rodgers has been with the Moore Research Services, Inc. team since 2008. She graduated from Clarion University in 2007 with a Bachelors of Science in Communications. Lisa boasts over 4 hours of Led Zeppelin songs on her iPod and has read the Harry Potter series five times. At Moore Research she creates custom reports and designs an analytical strategy for each project (despite her muggle-born ancestry). She is also a wiz with numbers, constantly digging into the research results and producing meaningful reports. You’ll commonly hear Lisa say, “A statistician once told me…”
In 2016, Paige's name plate went up on an office at Moore Research. Just like the decor she quickly filled her office with, Paige is bright, colorful, and organized. She graduated from Penn State Behrend with a degree in Marketing, and her role at Moore Research requires a lot of digging into data to tell a story. She is typically assisting in data analysis and reporting, as well as recruiting respondents for research studies or conducting one-on-one interviews. Paige is super friendly, so if you see her cruising around town on her green scooter or motorcycle, make sure to give her a wave!
Ms. Fuller joined the Moore Research team in October of 2013. Desiree has her hands in many different activities around the office. Her current responsibilities include programming and managing surveys, recruitment for research studies, conducting one-on-one interviews, and assisting in data entry and analysis. "Des" is a lover of country music, animals, and the Buffalo Bills. She graduated from Edinboro Univeristy in 2012 with a BA in Environmental Studies. She is passionate about the environment and always makes sure we are recycling!

She's responsible for a variety of tasks at Moore Research including creating questionnaires and discussion guides, conducting one-on-one interviews, recruiting respondents for a variety of research projects, and assisting in data analysis. When she's not working with humans at the office, she's surrounded by animals at home - dogs, cats, bunnies, sheep, horses, pigs, you name it! Cassie is a true animal lover and enjoys spending her free time showing animals and helping with animal shows.
Grace re-joined the Moore Research team in the beginning of 2020. She has a BS in Psychology from Edinboro University, and an MA in Experimental Psychology from Radford University. She would like to thank pizza and coffee for getting her through those long nights of studying and writing papers. Although she only knows two card tricks, Grace likes to think she's a magician, and we couldn't agree more. Her ability to quickly learn, adapt, and work efficiently and effectively is pretty magical. She's responsible for a variety of tasks at Moore Research, including conducting secondary research, one-on-one interviews, assisting with data analysis, and recruiting respondents for a variety of research projects.
Mallorey started at Moore Research in 2017. She is the first voice your hear when you give our office a call, and the first smiling face that greets you as you walk through our doors. She has a thirst for learning and is as bubbly as they come. Mallorey's childhood nickname was Chatterbox, and if you stop by our office, you'll find out why! Other fun facts about Mallorey? She is a self-proclaimed "pizza queen" and hopes to travel to all 50 U.S. states with her daughter, Brooke.
Peggy founded Moore Research Services, Inc. in 1969. The company was run out of her home while she raised her four children. Ms. Moore is a persistent one; she worked long and hard hours building up the company, bringing it from a card table to a full service global research company. Peggy retired in 2003, leaving the company to her daughter, Colleen. Today she travels between her retirement home in sunny Florida and her home in Pennsylvania. You can usually find Peggy shopping, playing cards, testing her luck at the casino and..... did I mention shopping?!
