YOU MUST ADAPT – Our continuous ability to adapt to the ever-changing landscape of business and research has been a key to our success. Having open communication with our clients and learning about their needs has opened up opportunities for growing our business, and our ability to adapt to those needs made us stand out from the rest of our competitors. Our biggest secret to success has been our ability to adapt, grow, and change while staying true to our mission which is to help clients make reliable business decisions!

CONTINUOUSLY EVOLVE – Although we continue to utilize traditional research tools in our toolbox, our ability to evolve due to the rapid advancement of technology has been paramount to Moore Research’s rich history. I remember when we got our first computer for the office, what a huge step it was for us, but now you wouldn’t dream of not utilizing computers, the Internet, and other technology tools in every day business. The introduction of the Internet helped us in many ways, not only with online surveys but also being able to connect globally with respondents, clients, and providers in ways we never dreamed of.

LISTEN TO UNDERSTAND – What I love about Moore Research is that for 50 years, we have been listening to our clients, understanding their needs, and working as an extension of their workforce. After all, as researchers, isn’t listening a key component to understanding perceptions and opinions? Moore Research asks strong questions and thoroughly listens to the answers, not just to hear what your customers are saying, but to UNDERSTAND from their perspective. This is evident in our ability to ride the wave of success since 1969, and listening will continue to be how we grow during the next 50 years.

TAKE RISKS – It’s a scary word but every business must be willing to take risks in hope of a positive outcome. Some risks brought huge rewards, others did not. However, every risk was a learning experience that made Moore Research that much stronger.
