May 13, 2020

The health and well-being of our employees, respondents, and clients is very important to us. The following will provide an overview of some of the practices Moore Research has put into place and the manner of which Moore Research will operate during this time to help prevent the spread of COVID- 19. All recommendations have been provided by the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). These policies will be implemented starting on May 4, 2020 and will continue until further notice.

Moore Research will continue conducting high quality consumer research projects. Moore Research will utilize its office for research studies that require in-person placement or interviews and will conduct such in-person research using the guidelines listed below. Should a study not require in-person contact, Moore Research can conduct the study virtually using mail placements and virtual interviews/focus groups.

  1. All employees and visitors must have their temperature taken (must measure under 100.4°F) and be wearing a mask to enter the office (a no-contact medical thermometer will be used to take all temperatures)
  2. All employees and visitors MUST have a mask on to enter Moore Research. If they do not have a mask, they must stay in the entry way and communicate through the intercom
  3. No more than five visitors will be allowed in the office at one time
  4. At least 6 feet of distance must be maintained between individuals
  5. All potential visitors will be screened for health, household health, and recent travel
  6. Only study participants are allowed in the office. Study participants are not allowed to bring family or friends. In addition, employees are not allowed visitors in the office

The action plan and guidelines highlighted in this document is subject to change. We are following both the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) as well as state and local ordinances.
