Some will remember Moore Research Services Inc. as the folks who roamed the Millcreek Mall with clipboards and food samples in hand.
Owner Colleen Moore Mezler hopes to update the image of a company that now has clients around the world.
The business began modestly enough in 1969, the year Mezler was born.
Mezler's mother, Peggy Moore, looking for money to help support her family, started out in the basement of her Erie home with a card table, a filing cabinet and one good client, the Quaker Oats Co.
