Taste Tests Today Drives Tomorrow’s Purchases
Moore Research Services, Inc. is proud to announce the renovation and expansion of its taste test kitchen. The new facility is designed and equipped to serve the food and beverage industry with any taste test study.
“If consumers don’t like the taste, smell, feel, sound or look of a product, they won’t buy it. Our research can reveal consumers’ hidden drivers of acceptance, as well as unexpected barriers to purchase,” says Colleen Moore Mezler, President of Moore Research.
The kitchen facility design supports simple to complex testing with modern equipment and ample prep and work space. The consumer testing area features private cubicles with computer based data collection capabilities and is easily accessible to the kitchen. One-way mirror viewing for group testing is also available.
“Our clients’ success relies upon valid market research to anticipate consumers’ needs in order to create variations to expand product lines and ultimately move products off the shelves. The remodeled test kitchen expands the market research services Moore Research has provided for over 40 years,” Moore says. Not only can taste tests be conducted in the Erie, Pennsylvania facility, but also nationally and globally through strategic partners that follow the company’s strict protocol and quality standards.
