Heartwood Institute is a non-profit organization located in Pittsburgh that specializes in character education resources used by children, teachers, and parents throughout the United States and the world. Moore Research Services was hired by the Institute to assist in constructing and completing focus group research with a new product. This new product, T.R.U.E. Cards: Life Lessons which features 49 beautifully illustrated cards to be used as a discussion tool for building self-esteem in children in fourth through sixth grades. was being sponsored by the Highmark Foundation as part of a major grant to Heartwood Institute.

Recently, we asked Moore Research to assist us with the U.S. portion of a global product test. Involved were several cities, difficult quotas and very demanding end clients. The survey turned out to be twice as long as previously specified, city schedules were changed on short notice to accommodate the client's travel schedule and product shortage resulted in extensive quota changes. Moore Research accommodated every request and delivered quality results despite the hurdles along the way. Their responsiveness and professionalism was outstanding.
